Own features end-to-end across a platform that PE firms and corporate acquirers depend on during live transactions. You'll build assessment workflows, reporting engines, and collaboration systems that handle sensitive deal data at scale.
You should be strong in at least several of these:
- Building complex multi-tenant SaaS applications
- TypeScript, React, and Next.js at production scale
- Postgres — query optimization, schema design, migrations
- Designing APIs that enforce access control at every layer
- Shipping features under compliance and audit constraints
- Working in domains with high data sensitivity (fintech, healthtech, legal)
AI / ML Engineers

Build the AI systems that make Gray Ark more than a workflow tool. Our models analyze technical documentation, detect inconsistencies in assessment responses, match risk patterns across deal history, and generate structured reports — all in a domain where accuracy directly impacts nine-figure decisions.
You should be strong in at least several of these:
- Shipping LLM-powered features in production (not just prototypes)
- RAG architectures — retrieval tuning, chunking strategies, re-ranking
- Building evaluation frameworks for AI output quality and accuracy
- Information extraction from unstructured technical documents
- Designing AI systems that need to be explainable and auditable
- Working in domains where wrong answers have real consequences
